DELIVERY
Delivery is free on all orders over £349 (net of vat). Orders under £350 (net of vat ) will incur a small delivery charge according to weight.
Standard delivery is between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged at a subsidy of £25.
Standard delivery is only available to mainland Great Britain only.
Areas such as Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man etc will, unfortunately, incur a reasonable surcharge – Call for details.
Your goods will be delivered by a 3rd party courier. You must ensure the goods are in good condition prior to signing for them. Your goods will be fully insured during transportation.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
All orders are based on stock availability, we will contact you after receiving your order to confirm a dispatch date. Our carriers standard delivery is 1 working day from dispatch. Dispatch is normally 5 to 7 working days but stock items can be dispatched much sooner. If you are requiring goods quickly, please telephone your order through. Bespoke products are "made to order" and therefore incurr longer delivery times (usually ten working days). Products outside of Spacia and Essentials are considered bespoke.
VAT
Value added tax is added to all advertised prices at the prevailing rate - currently 20 %.
SECURITY
When you order from our website, your credit / debit card numbers are dealt with our payment gateway Protx and our provider NatWest Bank PLC. Your payment details are always held away from our website.
We will never disclose your details to any other 3rd party other than those employed to fulfill your order.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
Any faults or damage should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We can accept the return of perfect goods as long as the full consignment is complete. Left over material can be returned in full boxes at our discretion if the
said batch number is still in stock and the boxes are un-opened. If free delivery has
been based on the size of the order, we will charge the relevant out going delivery costs on return.
It is the customers responsibility to meet the carriage costs both ways and provided the goods are received unopened and in the same condition sent. Bespoke orders cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances unless faulty. Discontinued lines cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances unless faulty.
A 30% restocking charge will apply on returned / cancelled goods.
