Amtico 25 Year Residential Warranty If your Amtico floor should wear-out within 25 years of normal foot traffic, it will be replaced free of charge! Wear-out means the removal of pattern and colour from the floor. To qualify, the floor must have been professionally installed, regularly maintained and the registration form completed. From June 2011, Amtico’s 25-year wear warranty became transferable if you register your warranty with us. Therefore, when you move home, the floor within the residence you leave behind will continue to be covered by the Amtico warranty.
